Dear friends and family,
I am counting on you to help raise $50,000 for Family Services by donating to my team effort in support of "50 Meaningful Miles". Our CEO, Leah Feldman, will run 50 Miles in one day on September 30...yes that was 50 MILES in ONE Day.....ending on the Walkway Over the Hudson and accompanied along her route by many walkers, runners, community members and officals to lend their strength to her as Family Services does for so many. Over the month of September, 50 "truths" will be shared representing Family Services unwavering support for all we serve through our critical services, whether it be the behavioral health centers, programs (community safety, strengthening families, youth services, victim services and prevention) or the Family Partnership Center.
I couldn't even run a mile and am awed by Leah's inspired run to show none of us need walk alone! Please lend your support by donating! Can you also try to walk or run 50 miles between now and September 30th to show your support. Maybe you will even come to support Leah on September 30 by running part of the way with her!
